These original oak kitchen cabinets were heavy and dated and didn't show off the homeowners granite countertops and backsplash. With speciality cabinet refinishing work from The Faux Pro, the oak grain was filled in and custom paint and glazes

were applied to match a magazine photo that was supplied by the homeowner. The island was finished in a complimentary distressed rub-off black finish.
